Con-Cor Inc. has provided the federal, state, and local governments with construction management, architectural and self-performed work for over 15 years. Con-Cor Inc. is currently involved in single fixed-firm price contracts, Multi-year contracts and service type contracts with several agencies to include; the Air Force, Army, GSA, FBI, INS, Social Security, City of San Antonio, and Bexar county. All of which Con-Cor Inc. has provided remodeling, renovations, and new construction.

The knowledge and experience Con-Cor Inc. has gained working with government agencies provides a service beyond what most other General Contractors offer. Projects to include SABER, MACC and JOC have ranged from small jobs to multimillion dollar contracts.

Con-Cor Inc. is certified as  MBE, SDBE, with the SBA, and CCR registered, as well as, State of Texas HUB certified and certified with the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency as MBE, SBE, and SDBE. Con-Cor Inc. has done more than 1500 projects for various government agencies.
